Kinetic Sculpture Racing

Kinetic Sculptures are human powered vehicles capable, on a good day, of traveling over roads, gravel, sand, mud, and water. Races are as much a festival as a real race being a great adventure for racers, volunteers and spectators.

In 2003 my wife organized a KSR race here in Klamath Falls. I decided it would be a great engineering project for my students to build one of these and that it might be fun too.

We've been involved with Kinetic Sculptures for the last four year. It's been fun as the two links below show. This, and my going back to school (1 year full time, 4 years part time) has really slowed the touring and projects presented below. I'm done with school so hopefully we'll have more time for touring and projects.
