Billing Frequently Asked Questions

What is CVC Internet's Billing Cycle and when am I billed?

CVC Internet's billing cycle runs from the first of each month to the first of the next month.  If you request an email reminder, you will receive it about the 20th of each month.  If you request a paper statement they will be mailed about the 20th of each month.  All accounts are due on the first of each month, we allow a 10 day grace period, payments received after the 10th of the month will incur a $5.00 reactivation late fee.  

Credit cards and Debit cards are run in batch files generally between the 25th and the first of the month.  Any card that has been declined three times in a six month period will be subjected to a $10.00 fee and risk the possibility of loss of service. 

How do I update my billing or credit card information?

Responsibility for updating credit card information is the customers responsibility. You will need to contact CVC Internet, LLC with any changes or expirations dates on the card your Internet service is charged to.  The bank does not notify us when your card expires or changes in any way.  Please contact the office with any new information pertaining to your card.  You may email that information to office@cvcinternet.net, or stop by the office at 2250 South 6th Street.

What name will appear on my credit card/bank statement?

Your credit card/bank statement will show the charge for you monthly service as CVC Internet, LLC.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard,  ATM and Debit cards (with the Visa/Mastercard logo on them).  We will also accept check or money order payments, or if you prefer cash you may pay at the office (if you pay for more than one month).

How do I cancel my account?

All account deactivations must be received 30 days before you wish to end service.  Requests can be made via email to office@cvc.net, faxed requests are accepted at 884-8943, mailed requests can be mailed to: PO Box 7428, Klamath Falls, OR 97602-0428, or you may stop by the office at 2250 South 6th Street, Klamath Falls.  All requests must have your username and password and reason for deactivating, confirmations will be sent via email to your CVC Internet, LLC account.  Failure to give notice runs the risk of having additional charges on your account.
